• Data fixation including HVAC design duty parameters & calculation of head loads to determine required capacity & type of AC required.

• Prepare concept designs & design basis report with recommendation of suitable AC system with analysis of options including cost benefit analysis.

• Prepare BOQ, cost benefit analysis, tech specs & tender documents..

• Assist clients in tender evaluation & vendor selection.

• Guide HVAC draughtsman for detailed design work including preparation of working drawings.

• Co-ordinate with utility, electrical design groups, project managers & clients for completion of co-ordinated services drawings.

• Timely completion of projects including testing & handing over of HVAC systems & AS-Built drawings.

• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

•Field visits, writing reports and performing research.

• Able to produce detailed and accurate work

• Good in costing and cost analysis

• Logical analysis of problems
